The Kentucky Transportation Cabinet has recently made changes to the ‘Dealer Power of Attorney’ form (TC 96-336). This form can be accessed by visiting www.drive.ky.gov. Previously used POA forms will be accepted until January 1, 2020. However, we suggest utilizing the new POA form immediately. Please contact Dealer/Specials if you have any questions.
Motor vehicle transactions conducted with licensed Jefferson County dealerships are processed at all branches, including the Downtown Dealer Department.

Special Registrations
Apportion, salvage registrations and rebuilt titles are issued at any branch office. Official tags, repossessions and rebuilt titles must be processed in the Specials department at the Fiscal Court Building located at:
